The outdoor area has a 230 m² exotic private garden with contemporary exterior furniture.

30villa Rd is ideal for families with kids, as it has enough garden space and an inflatable swimming pool, which can be provided upon request.
Interior
30Villa Rd is equipped with comfortable sofas and a small dining area ideal for a romantic twilight dinner!
A flat-screen TV, Wi-fi and a cable are also provided.
The kitchen includes all necessary utensils and pots for adventurous cooks!
The house appliances include a washing machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, an espresso coffee machine, and a kettle.
Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet, basin, a hairdryer, and free toiletries.
All the rooms of the house, as well as the sitting area, have air-conditioning units.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Bedrooms
30Villa Rd has 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds or one queen bed (when joined together).
A baby cot can be provided upon request. If more beds are needed, two extra guests can sleep on the couch in the living room, provided they request extra mattresses.
The neighborhood
30Villa Rd is located in Monte Smith Rhodes, quiet neighborhood close to Ancient Monuments and sandy beaches.
It is situated in a walking distance from the center, the Old Town, the Acropolis and the Ancient Hellenistic Stadium of Rhodes.
Monte Smith, another tourist attraction is within a 5-minute-walk. Don't miss the chance to visit it and enjoy the breathtaking view of the city and the idyllic sunset.
The house is close to various amenities, including a bakery, a supermarket and a Pharmacy.

Down Town Rhodes has many cafés and restaurants, just a 10-minute walking distance.
